Position Overview We are looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator who thinks brand-first and understands that the most powerful growth strategy is building a community of raving fans who love who we are as much as what we sell. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with Amy Upchurch, Pink Stork's founder and CEO, to build and execute a brand awareness strategy across channels. You will own the intersection of storytelling, content, community, and culture — creating viral, entertaining, and educational content that positions Pink Stork as the leading voice in faith-first women's wellness. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in brand and content marketing, a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, and genuine fluency in using AI tools to produce better work faster. You are creative and analytical, emotionally intelligent and results-oriented, and you know how to make content that makes people feel something. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Awareness • Partner with Amy to define and continuously sharpen Pink Stork's marketing strategy, adjusting as we gain insight into what works., • Develop and own omnichannel brand awareness campaigns that build wide recognition across all touchpoints including social media, email, search, and PR., • Monitor brand health and sentiment; surface insights and recommend adjustments to strategy. Content Creation & Distribution • Lead the ideation and production of viral, entertaining, and educational short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that builds community around Pink Stork's faith-first women's wellness positioning., • Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports brand storytelling, seasonal moments, product launches, and cultural relevance., • Write and edit compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, ad creative, landing pages, and other brand content., • Collaborate with the team on influencer and creator partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility. AI-Powered Marketing Execution • Use AI tools confidently and creatively to accelerate content ideation, drafting, repurposing, research, and creative testing., • Stay current on AI marketing developments and bring new tools and techniques to the team that improve quality, speed, or reach., • Develop AI-assisted workflows that increase the volume and consistency of brand content without sacrificing quality or authenticity. Community & Audience Building • Build and nurture a loyal community of Pink Stork fans who engage with the brand beyond transactions through comments, shares, user-generated content, and word of mouth., • Engage authentically with the Pink Stork community across social channels, fostering conversations rooted in faith, wellness, and women's empowerment., • Identify and activate brand advocates, including loyal customers, creators, and wellness influencers aligned with our values. Ecommerce Marketing Support • Understand and support brand expression across all ecommerce touchpoints, including Amazon storefront, TikTok Shop, DTC website, and retail product pages., • Coordinate with the ecommerce and operations teams to ensure brand campaigns are reflected in channel-specific execution., • Contribute to email marketing strategy and execution through Klaviyo, ensuring brand voice and community-building goals are reflected in every send. Analytics & Optimization • Track brand content performance across channels; develop a cadence of reporting on reach, engagement, community growth, and brand sentiment., • Use data to identify what content resonates, double down on what works, and iterate quickly on what doesn't., • Report regularly to Amy on brand awareness KPIs and campaign performance. Expected Impact • A Pink Stork brand that is recognized and loved far beyond its existing customer base, known for its voice, values, and community., • A consistent pipeline of viral and educational content that introduces new audiences to who Pink Stork is., • A measurable, growing community of raving fans who engage, share, and advocate for the brand organically., • A brand presence that feels cohesive across every channel including social, DTC, retail, and wholesale. Qualifications Required • 2 to 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing, ideally in a consumer brand, wellness, or ecommerce environment., • Proven ability to develop brand strategy and translate it into engaging content that builds not just clicks and conversions but also community and awareness., • Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, both ideating and scripting, and ideally on-camera presence or directing experience., • Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, copywriting, ideation, and marketing workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)., • Excellent writing skills that enable you to write copy that sounds human, warm, and on-brand across every format., • A genuine connection to women's wellness, faith-based values, or mission-driven brands. Preferred • Experience working directly with a founder or CEO in a fast-moving, hands-on environment., • Background in influencer marketing, UGC strategy, or creator partnerships., • Experience with TikTok Shop or live commerce.
