Update parents via email/text on student progress., • Support Parent Communications: Handle inquiries from enrolled parents (calls, texts, emails) about scheduling and program details. Step in during the Center Directors absence to ensure seamless service., • Ensure Quality: Oversee the learning floor, monitoring instructor performance, student engagement, and math lesson quality. Support team goals and uphold center standards., • Train and Develop Staff: Assist in hiring and training math tutors, evaluate performance, and address team strengths/weaknesses to maintain a high-performing team., • Track Performance: Analyze center performance reports to meet educational metrics and drive improvements, ensuring the center achieves its goals. What Were Looking For • Math Proficiency: Strong skills through Algebra I; Geometry or Calculus knowledge preferred for test prep tutoring., • Availability: Full-time commitment, minimum 5 days a week, averaging 30-35 hours/week., • Leadership Skills: Customer-focused, positive, and able to make decisions that benefit students, staff, and the center., • Passion for Education: Engaging communicator who inspires K-12 students and motivates teams., • Background Check: Must pass state and national background checks., • Nice to Have: Experience with online tutoring tools, parent communications, or team management.No prior management experience requiredour training equips you with Mathnasiums teaching methods and leadership strategies!
