Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office, with shuttle support for NYC-based employees Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary About The Role This role supports the Consumer & Market Insights team by delivering actionable insights that guide strategy, innovation, and marketing across the Flora Food Group portfolio. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical, and collaborative individual who thrives on translating data into meaningful business impact. You'll work across both qualitative and quantitative research, category trend tracking, and performance analytics to help shape bold, consumer-first decisions for our brands. What You'll Do Consumer & Category Insights • Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research studies., • Synthesize findings from focus groups, surveys, trend reports, and social listening to support key business questions., • Support regular reporting on brand health, category performance, and market share using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)., • Partner with Brand and Analytics teams to track KPIs and assess marketing campaign performance., • Work closely with Brand, Innovation, Digital, and Commercial teams to embed insights into business plans and strategic decisions., • Develop insight-driven presentations and reports that communicate recommendations., • 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics, either in-house or at an agency/supplier., • Strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and the ability to write a summary, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen or Nielsen IQ, Circana, or Kantar; familiarity with Mintel, Numerator, Qualtrics, or similar tools is a plus., • Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling capabilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment., • Passionate about consumer behavior, food trends, and purpose-led brands., • Experience with designing and deploying surveys, brand tracking, innovation testing, or sustainability-related insights is a huge plus., • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Sociology, or a related field is preferred., • Ability to travel up to 10% for fieldwork, immersion sessions, and team collaboration. #LI-AM1 #LI-HYBRID We understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
