Job Description Job Summary The Construction Foreman will oversee the company's installation projects, ensuring efficiency and making sure that the deadlines are met. The Installation Foreman will lead a crew with the goal of becoming proficient in the installation of fueling systems that include but are not limited to tank installation, piping installation, dispenser installation and related mechanical systems that are used to operate fueling facilities & dispense fuel products. As a Construction Foreman, you will lead and train crews, effectively plan, organize, and direct each project while staying within budget, oversee the entire project, keep accurate daily logs and enforce all safety rules. The Construction Foreman will report directly to the Construction Manager or Field Supervisor on a day-to-day basis as needed for training and oversight. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Hires and trains new employees. * Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff. * Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. * Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities: * Manages installation of all offered product categories. * Conducts ongoing quality inspections, identifies potential issues and implements corrective action plans to achieve safety and QA standards. * Manages difficult customer concerns. * Installs and calibrates QC instruments. * Starts and runs the installed sales program. * Schedules manpower to staff the project. * Completes forms, reports, logs and records of installations. * Performs other related duties as assigned. * Ability to read and understand blueprints and product specifications. * Basic math and smartphone skills. * Complete daily reports & paperwork and submit construction site pictures on a daily basis. * Safety minded and conscious of worksite safety. * Self-motivated with an ability to complete tasks as directed independently and also able to think, work, and act as part of a team. * The ability to operate heavy equipment including a forklift, skid steer and backhoe. Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Position will spend 50% of the time performing Sales & Customer Service duties and 50% of the time doing Installation duties, as described below. · Regularly visit customer locations to assess need for additional product or parts requirements. · Visit non-customer stores to determine interest in a no-cost, in-store trial. · Communicate with customers to properly schedule surveys, installs, remodels, grand openings, and maintenance work. · Determine most efficient routes and use of time to be productive with multiple customer store requests. · Understand dispenser parts and designs, and survey stores with the correct placement and type of dispensers. · Must have complete knowledge of all products, especially specialty or problem-solving products like greens bag, corn bag, and meat bag. · Maintain a follow up relationship with all stores to check on product satisfaction. · Must have all order and dispenser forms completed on a timely basis. · Must have customer sign Dispenser Loan Order form and turn in on a weekly basis to accounting. · Provide weekly report of daily activities to Supervisor. · Install the correct dispensers in the proper manner in all stores assigned within the designated area. · Submit expense reports on a timely basis. · Design more efficient attachments for dispensers and communicate with office on these changes. · Design more efficient shipping and routing methods to make dispenser installations as efficient as possible. · Maintain /build customer relationships by visiting with supermarket managers, department managers, and store employees, answering their questions, responding to special requests, describing product features and benefits. · Maintain store shelves by observing displays of company products and enhancing the optimum display of products. · Maintain inventory by restocking shippers and shelves with product from inventory; record inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels are low; arrange for return and credit for damaged products. · Help sales representatives with special promotions by setting up displays; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations on daily report; removing promotions at end of special. · Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory. · Sell shippers and retail units to independent markets in the FL, GA, AL regions; minimum sales required, and goals will be assigned. Job Description The Press Operator sets up Halm 6” Super Jet, Halm 3” Jet and Halm 4 color jet presses. This requires adjusting the machine to envelope size ordered, consistent quality of envelopes being printed and minor repairs. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.) Essential Position Functions: • Set-up Halm Jets to various envelope sizes based on job jacket information., • Blend PMS spot colors on GFI dispenser to match referenced target on SpotOn Color software., • Maintain water and ink balance for repeatable PMS color match thru the entire job., • Experienced printing 1 color to 4 color spot, halftones, vignettes, duotones, and four-color process., • Make size change, plate change, and color change to the set-up standards., • Ensure that the machine is running at the target run speed standards based on envelope size, print coverage and copy complexity., • Continuously monitor the printing quality of the envelopes to ensure quality control standards are met., • Change water and fountain chemistry in the Baldwin water tank regularly to maintain proper conductivity between 1000 and 1500 µS., • Routinely check that all ink fountain roller settings are set to factory specifications., • Conduct all the daily routine maintenance of all equipment., • Participate in all scheduled maintenance of assigned Halm Jet presses., • Participate in all scheduled maintenance of assigned Baldwin water tanks., • Communicate all issues on the presses and auxiliary equipment to management and press lead.
