Job Description At Senra Systems, we believe that the future of manufacturing lies not in automation, but in configuration. We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. As a Harnessing Technician, you will be a key member of our production team, building critical aerospace and defense electrical harness assemblies with minimal supervision. You will work closely with engineers, specialists, and other technicians to deliver high-quality builds while contributing to the continuous improvement of our factory systems. As a Lead Technician, you will be the 1st line of defense for technical troubleshooting on the production floor. You will guide a small team of technicians to build high-quality, mission-critical components that power cutting-edge aerospace and defense systems. You will organize, support, and drive the team to meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized leader with a passion for building electrical hardware and continuously improving floor operations. What you'll own: • Autonomously build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers, • Responsible for keeping the floor on track – provide technical and operational direction to team members to ensure quality standards and schedule are met. This may include:, • Demonstrating proper techniques to new apprentice technicians, • Inspecting hardware in-process to ensure conformance to specifications, • Implementing daily task checklists to maintain the workcenter, • Assign and prioritize daily work per production schedule.
