CARRYING: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of the pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. PUSHING: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed in dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. CLIMBING: Team Members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their kneeswhile standing at the station. Duration of this position is approximately 30-45 seconds at one time, repeated continuoslsy during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stacking ingredients. CROUCHING /SQUATTING: Perfomed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. REACHING: Reaching is performed continuosly; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionaly to turn on'off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. HAND TASKS: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities requiere use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrist. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardborad pizza boxes. Team members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and the pizza peel, and pizza boxes. MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDS: Team members may be required to utilize pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • No Touch Freight: Transport freight without handling or loading/unloading., • Safety Compliance: Follow all required safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)., • DOT Compliance: Accurately complete pre- and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and all necessary service reports., • Timely Deliveries: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction., • Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch and terminal personnel, reporting any delays, incidents, or route changes.Requirements: Minimum Requirements • Experience: 1+ years of Class A driving experience required., • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred., • License: Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions., • Endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)., • Driving Record: Clean driving record is required., • Screening: Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screenCompensation, • Compensation: $30.00 - $31.00 an hour, based on experience and location., • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move loads that may weigh up to 50 pounds or more, often multiple times a day., • Pushing and Pulling: Capability to push and pull products, sometimes using hand trucks or pallet jacks, often up to 2500 pounds with assistance., • Standing and Walking: Frequent standing and walking around the vehicle and in and out of customer locations throughout the day., • Bending, Kneeling, and Crouching: Regular bending, kneeling, or crouching for loading, unloading, and securing cargo., • Endurance and Stamina: Ability to sit for long hours while driving and work extended shifts, sometimes up to 10-12 hours.
