You are the person advisors rely on to ensure execution. You are the person leadership trusts to prevent problems, not react to them.If something does not involve giving financial advice, it starts with you.What You Will Own (Non‑Negotiable) Client, Advisor, & Relationship Execution • Serve as a primary bilingual point of contact for clients, • Coordinate and execute client onboarding start‑to‑finish, • Own task management and follow‑through in Wealthbox (system of record), • Prepare advisors for meetings (planning, estate workflow status, next steps), • Track, close, and document all post‑meeting items, • Escalate issues before they become problemsClients should feel:“They know me.
