This role supports a Salesforce-driven environment that enables sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders to influence solution design and ensure technology aligns with business goals. This is not a back-office rolesuccess requires strong communication skills and active participation in solution discussions. Job Description The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and platform best practices. Working closely with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders, this role translates requirements into technical designs, actively participates in solution discussions, and helps shape technology decisions that deliver measurable business value. This position requires hands-on development expertise as well as strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Partner with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, • Participate in solution design sessions, providing guidance on declarative versus custom development approaches, • Communicate technical options, trade-offs, and recommendations in clear, business-friendly terms, • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs, • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools, • Write clean, reusable, and scalable code that follows Salesforce development standards, • Perform unit testing and participate in system and integration testing efforts, • Support deployments across development, QA, and production environments, • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing Salesforce customizations and automations, • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to leverage new functionality, • Contribute to coding standards, development guidelines, and technical documentation, • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, SOQL/SOSL), • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and optimization best practices, • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools, • Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, batch, future, and queueable jobs, • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban development environments, • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in automation-heavy and highdata-volume Salesforce orgs, • Ability to write robust unit tests with a minimum of 75% code coverage Preferred, • Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce environments and multi-org architectures, • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components; familiarity with Visualforce for legacy systems, • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and data modeling), • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, or Angular, • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, • Understanding of packaging strategies such as unlocked or managed packages, • Experience with cloud and SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP concepts), • Knowledge of CRM concepts, sales processes, and customer experience best practices #ZR #IT.Indeed #LI-CF1 #LI-Onsite Company DescriptionOur promise is simple.
