Who We’re Looking For • Certified Polestar or EV Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply), • Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills, • Familiarity with high-voltage safety protocols and EV systems, • Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time, • Positive, team-oriented attitude, • Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on electric powertrains, • Service and maintain braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems, • Complete test drives and quality checks to confirm repairs, • Communicate effectively with service advisors and, when needed, customers What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (Entry-level and Apprentice candidates welcome), • Valid driver’s license, • Ability to thrive in a modern, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, • EV or hybrid experience a plus (training available), • ASE certification preferred but not required, • $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (commensurate with experience), • Bi-weekly pay, • Comprehensive health benefits, • Paid time off and holidays, • Ongoing EV training and certification support Apply Now and Start Earning What You Deserve.
