Job Description Overview: The Product Manager, Trauma is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and management of advanced bone graft products for orthopedic trauma (non-spine) applications. This role involves executing market-entry strategies, driving product adoption, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The position requires substantial experience in medical device product management, with a focus on orthopedic trauma. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Key Responsibilities: • Market Entry & Strategy Development:, • Spearhead the development and execution of strategies for driving MagnetOs into the orthopedic trauma market., • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape., • Define market entry strategies and product positioning to establish our presence and drive adoption., • Product Development & Management:, • Lead the end-to-end development of bone graft substitute products, from initial concept through commercialization., • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure product design meets market requirements and regulatory standards., • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product launches., • Cross-Functional Collaboration:, • Work closely with marketing, training, sales, and clinical teams to support market entry efforts and product launches., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align product development with business goals and market needs., • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:, • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and other stakeholders., • Gather and integrate feedback to refine product offerings and ensure alignment with market expectations., • Product Launch & Training:, • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including developing launch materials and coordinating cross-functional activities., • Assist with training programs and product documentation to support customer education and product adoption., • Performance Tracking & Market Analysis:, • Monitor and analyze product performance, market penetration, and competitive dynamics., • Prepare and present reports on market trends, product performance, and strategic recommendations to senior management., • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:, • Ensure that product development and marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards., • Education:, • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus., • Experience:, • 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on bone grafts, trauma, or orthopedics., • Proven track record of developing and executing successful market entry strategies in the medical device industry., • Skills:, • Deep understanding of the osteobiologic market within the orthopedic trauma segment, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape., • Strong project management skills, with experience in product development, market analysis, and strategic planning., • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions., • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry., • Strategic and innovative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach., • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment., • Travel Requirement:, • Travel up to 30%, with some potential international travel.
