Purpose This Job serves the operational side of the organization's business. NDT (Non-destructive testing) technicians evaluate the physical properties of a material without causing any damage. They will inspect and test the material to find any possible corrosion, cracks, or other imperfections which could alter its performance or integrity. Use of IRATA Rope access techniques as required. Work sites are onshore, offshore and in the Middle East and North Africa region. Functions • Reports to the site supervisor/ superintendent, ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable day-to-day NDT inspection job for our clients., • Use rope access, under the close supervision of a qualified IRATA level 3, to access work areas deemed as working at height. (When required), • NDT Technician Inspection using Ultrasonics, Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Liquid/ Dye Penetrant and Eddy Current Techniques. (Daily Routine), • Carry UT inspection techniques to components requiring inspection., • Ensure that work area is safe to carry out NDT activities., • Carry out risk assessments/Take II as required., • Ensure inspection is carried out within the parameters of the applicable specification., • Perform routine equipment / consumable function tests to ensure everything is in good working order. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of our manufacturing plant. This role involves managing facility resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency to support production goals. Job Duties: · Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. · New Equipment installation support from a specification review to utility provision and production startup. · Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities. · Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements. · Monitor facility compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training. · Manage facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations. · Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational needs and optimize workflows. · Implement energy management initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. · Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures to ensure operational continuity. · Lead and mentor facility maintenance staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. · Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate responses to emergencies. · Work to personally address facility issues as an individual contributor as required.
