Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Saint James Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Multisite RN Supervisor, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing vaccine management, clinical staff training, and workflow accountability across multiple locations. This role is critical to driving operational consistency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and elevating the performance of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs). The Multisite RN Supervisor will lead the NJIIS/VFC immunization program with a high level of oversight while developing a skilled, accountable clinical support team across all Saint James Health sites. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring prior supervisory experience, with direct reporting to the Director of Nursing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Immunization Program Oversight • Lead all aspects of vaccine management across multiple sites, including storage, handling, inventory, and documentation., • Ensure full compliance with VFC (Vaccines for Children) /317/ NJIIS, CDC, and New Jersey Department of Health requirements., • Perform monthly audits of vaccine storage, temperature logs, and documentation., • Investigate and resolve vaccine errors; implement corrective action plans., • Assist with the implementation of standardized training programs for LPNs and Medical Assistants., • Oversee onboarding, competencies, and annual clinical skills validations (e.g., injections, documentation, workflows)., • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to clinical staff (LPN's and MA's)., • Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvement plans., • Monitor and enforce clinical workflows related to immunizations, intake, and patient flow., • Conduct regular audits of LPN and MA workflows, documentation, and task completion., • Ensure adherence to Epic workflows, standing orders, and UDS documentation standards., • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements., • Supervise and support clinical support staff (LPNs and MAs) across multiple locations (minimum 20+ staff)., • Travel between sites to ensure consistency in clinical operations and compliance., • Collaborate with DON, Nurse Manager, and leadership to resolve operational challenges., • Support quality initiatives aligned with HRSA UDS measures, including immunization rates and preventive care outcomes., • Ensure adherence to infection control policies and clinical safety standards., • Participate in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, as directed by DON., • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey, • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an FQHC, ambulatory care or community health, • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience, overseeing staff across multiple sites, • Strong experience managing VFC/317/NJIIS immunization programs, including vaccine storage, handling, and compliance; experience in pediatrics, OB/GYN, and family practice preferred, • Experience training and supervising LPNs and Medical Assistants, • Knowledge of FQHC operations, HRSA, UDS, and VFC requirements preferred, • Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred, • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, • Leadership & Accountability, • Clinical Training & Workforce Development, • Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness, • Operational Excellence, • Process Improvement Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Job Description The Project Manager, Inpatient Epic Implementation serves as the central coordinator and delivery lead for The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s inpatient Epic EHR implementation. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance across all inpatient workstreams, including but not limited to Inpatient (ADT), CPOE, Clinical Documentation, Stork, Willow Inpatient, and Rover. The Project Manager ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining alignment between operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires flexibility in work hours to support go-live activities, system testing, and end-user training. The Project Manager reports to the Chief Information Officer and works in close partnership with Epic Technical and Operational Leads, department leadership, and the NYS DOH as required by the grant conditions governing the implementation. Requirements Education • Bachelor’s Degree in science or healthcare field preferred Experience • Demonstrated experience managing projects or research, • Familiarity with safety-net or urban academic medical center environments strongly preferred., • Experience coordinating with state or federal grant requirements (e.g., NYS DOH, DSRIP, HEAL NY) preferred. Skills & Competencies • Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, issue trackers, and executive dashboards., • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and operational audiences., • Skill at facilitating cross-functional meetings, driving decisions, and holding workstream leads accountable to milestones., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify dependencies, anticipate risks, and escalate appropriately., • Ability to work effectively across complex, multi-stakeholder environments including clinical staff, IT teams, Epic representatives, and hospital administration., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and collaboration platforms., • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing timelines, and maintain composure under pressure., • High degree of self-motivation, detail orientation, and accountability for deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Own and maintain the integrated inpatient Epic implementation project plan across all workstreams, ensuring alignment with the June 2027 go-live target., • Lead weekly and bi-weekly governance meetings with operational leads, IT leadership, and Epic project team; prepare and distribute meeting materials, action items, and status reports., • Track and manage all project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; proactively escalate blockers to the CMO/CIO and Steering Committee., • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all Epic-required activities including Design sessions, build reviews, testing sprints (SUT, IST, UAT), Readiness Assessments, and Command Center operations., • Serve as primary liaison with Epic project team and manage the Epic-TBHC project relationship., • Monitor budget actuals against the approved NYS DOH grant budget; support documentation for budget modifications and reporting requirements., • Partner with Training Lead and department managers to ensure end-user readiness and adoption across all inpatient units., • Maintain project documentation in accordance with TBHC and Epic standards., • Support post-go-live stabilization planning and optimization roadmap development.
