Position Overview: We're on the hunt for energetic, passionate, and people-first Brand Ambassadors who live and breathe pop culture to help bring our flagship location to life. As the face of our brand, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong background in guest services, ticketing, and retail operations, and embraces the ever-evolving nature of our store with enthusiasm. Responsibilities: Guest Experience • Create the Vibe: Lead by example to create a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive environment. Foster an inclusive space where employees feel respected and are able to perform at top levels., • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional guest service across all areas of the store and experience zones, • Day to Day: Assist with ticketing, retail sales, and point-of-sale transactions, • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current pop culture trends and in-store features to better engage with fans, • Brand Representation: Represent The Loop’s brand values with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity, • Conflict Management: Handle guest concerns or escalations promptly and professionally. Team Player • Exceptional Communication: An excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively convey expectations, provide constructive feedback, and can work as a team player to help cultivate a positive work environment., • Dependability: Is committed to their position and performance. Understands the importance of their role in the success of the business., • Team Player: Contributes during every shift to be helpful and friendly to all team members. Collaborate with team members to adapt to evolving store concepts and layouts Daily Operations • Retail Daily Operations: Open and close the venue as scheduled, ensuring all equipment and areas are safe, clean, and operational., • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards., • Inventory Management: Helps manage all aspects of inventory for the experience including efficient merchandise management and loss prevention., • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and directives, maintaining a well-organized and compliant operation. Retail Operations • Sales Goals: Takes the initiative to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs., • Retail & Experience: Ensure a seamless integration of retail and immersive elements to enhance the customer journey, • Point of Sale: Experience with point of sale transactions, • Visual Presentation: Assists the team with processing and placing shipments in a timely manner. Ensure that the retail floor is replenished and visually appealing., • Promotions & Floor sets: Able to take direction and assist with ever changing promotions and visual direction. Qualifications • Prior experience in guest services, retail, events, or themed entertainment, • Passion for pop culture—movies, TV, comics, anime, gaming, or fandom in general, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • High energy, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments, • Comfortable engaging with guests of all ages and backgrounds, • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, • Reliable transportation to work., • Must be eligible to work in the US, • Must be 18 years of age or older, • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time., • Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
