We partner with NYCHA communities to build sustainable, local composting systems that promote environmental justice, food sovereignty, and community empowerment. Position Summary The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to support daily operations, communications, and community engagement. This role combines administrative and creative responsibilities: keeping the CEO organized, managing schedules and communications, and building Compost Power’s presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and grassroots community work.
