Job Summary The Operator will be a key member of the Companys Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations and Maintenance Manager. The group operates under a flat structure, and the successful candidate will have regular visibility and direct access to the Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be a critical member of the team, ensuring the successful execution of providing our customers with steam and chilled water on a 24/7/365 basis. Operators work 12-hour shifts alternating every two weeks between days and nights and include weekends. The successful candidate will be expected to work well as part of a team, be a self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, have strong commitment to deadlines and team, is process oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work, possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and has a superior knowledge of steam and chilled water systems.
