Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
