To learn more about Pearce visit . Your Impact: The OSP Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional results for our customers. The Project Manager is expected to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close all projects intended to produce revenue and generate profits for the Company. The Project Manager will work with all stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met, data is clean, the project continues to move throughout the project schedule, and all requirements are delivered on time. The Project Manager is to create and keep all project artifacts and documentation stored in the project repository to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. This position will work with both external, internal, and global teams to keep the project aligned and on schedule. Core Responsibilities: • Responsible for the project revenue, scope, cost, and schedule, • Monitor the budget and expenses of the project, • Pipeline management and KPI reporting, • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, • Take and store meeting notes in a project repository, • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and construction partners, • Maintain and monitor the schedule and coordinator with various departments to ensure project requirements are met and on time, • Ensure all project data in Insite is kept up to date with milestone dates and relevant notes, • Identify potential risks for the project and monitor and manage them through the project lifecycle, • Provide updates and create mitigation plans for risks or issues on the project, • Perform Root Cause Analysis on gaps in the project or if there are lower KPIs, • Document processes and aid in creating departmental efficiencies, • Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the project teams skills set, • Mentor and develop your employees for career pathing, • Facilitate frequent meetings with the team to accomplish the project goals, • Continuously deliver high quality service and problem resolution to ensure our organization is adhering to the high service levels expected by our clients, • Track, manage and communicate milestones and deliverables, • Regular, punctual and predictable attendance is required to support the needs of the team and the customer, • Utilize internal systems for reporting and monitoring project status. Identify new dashboard, report, or system functionality needed to complete or improve the project Specific duties may vary or evolve based on business and client needs. Core Experience • Locations preference Texas, • Must have experience with FROGS, • Experience handling Permits, • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, • 2+ years' experience managing a team preferred, • PMP Certification preferred, • Experience in telecommunications, • Excellent communication skills, • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, • Working knowledge of relevant project-related software, • Expert level ability with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, • Must be able to perform and prioritize work with minimal supervision, • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, • Must be able to work with a global team, • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, • Understanding of OSP Telecommunications terminology, • Understanding of project budgets, • Provide and apply feedback to improve performance, • Balance team and individual responsibilities by contributing to building a positive team spirit, • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and look for ways to improve and promote quality At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
