Additional highlights: • Open geography – work from anywhere in the U.S., • Flexible model with ability to work 100% efficiently, • National platform with cross-selling across practice groups, • Dedicated marketing + business development support, • Infrastructure built for scaling, not stagnation, • Collaborative culture that rewards origination and leadership Job Details What You’ll Do • Bring and grow a portable book of business, • Work directly with a dedicated marketing/BD team to scale your practice, • Originate, manage, and expand client relationships, • Collaborate across practice groups to cross-sell services, • Mentor associates and junior partners, • A current Partner within their firm (or managing their own firm), • Portable book of business required, • Strong client base with growth potential, • Proven origination and relationship management skills, • Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset, • JD and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Interested in hearing more?
