You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. Pay Rate: $25-$26 per hourShift: Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm What’s a typical day as Production Maintenance Technician I? You’ll be: • Creating and maintaining robot and automation control programs for production equipment., • Implementing automation solutions for cost savings and process improvements., • Maintaining and troubleshooting robotic, PLC, safety, and industrial control systems including networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus), motor controls, servo and frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems., • Integrating and maintaining PLC software across the plant., • Diagnosing and repairing motor controls, starters, VFDs, DC drives, and a variety of electrical components (480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, 24VDC)., • Assisting with mechanical maintenance, disassembling/reassembling production equipment, and performing equipment setups., • Troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment such as fillers, pumps, tanks, cappers, conveyors, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and air compressors., • Using appropriate tools and PPE for repairs, and operating equipment like scissor lifts., • Performing basic carpentry, painting, and facility repairs as needed., • Logging work in CMMS, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness, and ordering parts as required., • Complying with all safety, health, environmental, and food/drug regulations and company policies., • Cooperating with production and maintenance teams to maximize quality and output.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:, • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (trade/technical school training is a plus)., • Possess mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical/electrical systems, and welding (MIG/TIG)., • Have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and/or mechanical maintenance., • Are familiar with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and high-speed packaging/filling equipment (preferred)., • Can read and understand schematics, manuals, building plans, and codes., • Are comfortable using hand and power tools, measuring devices, and operating forklifts/scissor lifts., • Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform a range of physical tasks., • Communicate clearly, follow instructions, and are willing to work long hours and off-shift as needed.
