This position is divided into 3 Levels: Level 1 = demonstrated proficiency on 1 machine; Level 2 = demonstrated proficiency on 2 machines; Level 3 = demonstrated proficiency on all machines. Machine Operators are expected to learn and operate all food production equipment and machines.
