Preferred * 2–3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, 503A/503B compounding, or pharmaceutical warehouse environment. * Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and material traceability requirements. * Experience with ERP or electronic inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, or similar). * Familiarity with raw material and finished goods handling in a controlled or cleanroom environment. * Demonstrated ability to interpret Certificates of Analysis (COA) and verify material specifications. * Prior experience supporting regulatory or quality audits. * Strong understanding of material status control (e.g., quarantine, released, rejected). * Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred. Physical Requirements * Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer * Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting * Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels * Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.
