The team delivers complex, large-scale infrastructure projects using innovative technologies and world-class engineering talent.Job SummaryIn this role, you will support planning and design activities for large-scale power generation facilities and multiple industrial tenants. As the project progresses, you will perform detailed electrical design, development, and material requisition activities. You will serve as a key client interface and coordinate electrical engineering efforts to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure project requirements are met.What You’ll Do, • Plan and conduct independent electrical engineering work requiring technical judgment on medium-sized projects, • Lead the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electrical components and systems, • Apply Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards, guides, and Standard Application Programs (BSAPs), • Develop conceptual electrical designs for projects with specialized or unique requirements, • Support preparation of estimates, staffing plans, schedules, and work plans, • Interpret and apply codes, regulations, standards, and performance criteria, • Coordinate electrical design activities with clients and multi-office EPC teams, • Mentor and support the professional development of electrical engineering personnel, • Communicate complex technical issues and recommend solutions to senior leadershipRequired Skills, • Strong knowledge and application of NEC code and ANSI/IEEE standards, • Experience as Electrical Responsible Engineer for medium-to-large material requisitions, • Knowledge of medium-voltage systems (34.5kV / 13.8kV) and low-voltage systems (480V, 208/120V), • Experience with switchgear, substations, MCCs, UPS systems, and bulk materials, • Proficiency in power system studies, one-lines, schematics, and connection diagrams, • Expertise in electrical raceway design, grounding systems, and lightning protection, • Strong collaboration skills across multi-discipline engineering teamsPreferred / Additional Skills, • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license — Electrical Engineering (Power), • Prior experience on industrial, data center, or power generation projects, • Experience coordinating design across multi-office EPC environments (India experience preferred)Education & Experience, • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, • Medical Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement PlanAbout the CompanyA trusted global engineering, construction, and project management partner delivering impactful projects across Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Technology, Mining & Metals, and Nuclear, Security & Environmental sectors.
