Full Job Description Company based out of Staten Island with work in all 5 boroughs and New Jersey. Responsibilities: - Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties - Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods - Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines - Seal off entry points to prevent pests from entering buildings - Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest problems - Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions Experience: - Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required - Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell additional services to customers - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Vehicle is provided for use. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with recruiting or human resources concepts is a plus but not required. Organized and Timely - Able to handle paperwork processing and deadlines.
