As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Our drivers play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the high standards of our company. Responsibilities: - Safely operate company-owned trucks to transport goods over short and long distances. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including hours of service regulations. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any defects or issues to the maintenance department. - Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and records of shipments, including mileage, fuel, and delivery times. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise. - Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out. - Follow company policies and procedures at all times, including safety protocols and dress code requirements. - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times when interacting with customers and the public.
