Travel to client sites for installations and training, which may include climbing ladders, running CAT-5 cabling, and delivering hands-on technical support. Occasional paid travel outside the region, with same-day return trips as needed. Qualifications: Exceptional communication, typing, and interpersonal skills. Patience and understanding when working with customers from various backgrounds. Basic to intermediate IT knowledge, including IP addresses, routers, networking, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
