The full salary range for this position is $79,831 to $119,746 annually. This role will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and serve as a key talent partner to corporate and station leadership. The Manager is responsible for developing innovative hiring strategies, enhancing the candidate-to-employee journey, and leveraging data-driven insights to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high-volume recruiting background, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational, communication and strategic thinking skills, HR / Talent practices and acumen, knowledge of employment regulations, ability to work in a 24/7 fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail. The Talent Acquisition Manager should assist with improving talent processes and implementing strategies that support business growth, improving our team members’ experience, employee retention, while also promoting the organization's values. This role reports to the Director, HR Talent Management. This is an on-site role at McGee’s headquarters which requires flexibility to periodically travel, support, and work in other U.S. airport stations. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team responsible for full lifecycle hiring, onboarding, outreach, and offboarding, at a high volume, across all McGee locations in multiple states., • Partner with corporate and station leadership to forecast talent needs and implement proactive, scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals., • Oversee the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process, including sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, and pre-employment screening., • Serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner for key positions and areas of the business., • Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, while identifying and implementing procedural enhancements to support compliance and operational efficiency., • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and collaborate on initiatives to strengthen McGee’s employer brand across all touchpoints., • Develop and maintain recruiting analytics, including weekly operational reports and scorecards using business intelligence tools, and use data insights to drive continuous improvement., • Represent McGee Air Services at career fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities, while researching and developing new sourcing channels to attract diverse talent., • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure offboarding processes capture key insights, support knowledge transfer, and sustain a strong employer brand through respectful and thoughtful transitions., • Support initiatives to promote the company’s culture, employee value proposition and opportunities for growth and development., • Support a high-performance culture that reflects McGee’s values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride., • Performs other duties as assigned to support McGee’s successful business operation.Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience., • 6+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with at least 3 years in a people leadership role., • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building productive relationships and serving as a trusted resource to HR and business leaders., • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project prioritization abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines., • Proficiency in analytical techniques and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement., • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with internal and external standards., • Effective strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement., • Display a positive, professional work ethic with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Ability to travel overnight (approximately 20%)., • Must be at least 18 years of age., • High Volume Talent Acquisition Experience, highly preferred., • Multi-state/California HR or talent experience, highly preferred., • Aviation, Transportation, or related industry experience., • Experience using SmartRecruiters (ATS) or ADP (HRIS)., • Human Resources, Talent or related field Certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR).
