About the Role Roadway Moving is hiring an experienced Class B CDL driver to lead long-distance residential moves from pickup through final delivery. You'll operate the truck and serve as Foreman, acting as the client's primary point of contact and the crew's leader on site. It's a hands-on role for a moving professional who takes pride in protecting people's belongings and running a clean, safe job. What You'll Do • Operate Class B commercial trucks on long-distance and interstate moving assignments, • Serve as Foreman and primary client contact at pickup and delivery, • Lead and work alongside the crew loading, unloading, and staging household goods, • Ensure furniture and belongings are properly wrapped, padded, packed, and secured for transit, • Complete residential pickups from client's homes and deliver to final destination, • Direct crew members and keep jobs on schedule and within safety standards, • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain logs and required DOT documentation, • Verify inventory and paperwork at both ends of every move, • Communicate proactively with customers and dispatch throughout each job What You'll Need • Valid Class B CDL in good standing, • Minimum 21 years of age (federal requirement for interstate driving), • Prior experience in a moving industry highly preferred, • Current DOT medical certificate; able to pass DOT physical and required testing, • Acceptable motor vehicle record and FMCSA Clearinghouse query, • Professional moving experience required; long-distance moving strongly preferred, • Prior foreman, lead driver, or crew leader experience preferred, • Demonstrated skill loading, unloading, and protecting household goods, • Comfortable working in customers' homes with strong customer-facing communication, • Willingness to travel extensively, including multi-day trips away from home, • Able to perform the essential physical functions of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs and moving heavier items with assistance or equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation Compensation $150,000–$200,000 annually Why Roadway? Job summary: Experienced Peer Specialist to work on a newly funded innovative Care Transition team that serves participants transitioning to the community from a higher level of care. As a member of the Pathway Home multi-disciplinary team the Peer Specialist position will work under the supervision of the Team Leader. The role will involve facilitating transition from one level of care to the community by addressing the preparatory needs of participants in the early stages of recovery, discharge planning, development of daily living skills, and coping mechanisms through team and individual work in the community. The team will follow individuals into the community using the Pathway Home model of care to ensure that they become both linked and engaged with identified community providers and that their support network is sufficient to meet their needs. The Peer Specialist engages participants in peer-based services to identify and overcome barriers to community integration, utilizing a peer relationship to foster connection, trust, understanding and validation with community providers and supports. The role will require on call coverage and a willingness to work flexible hours. Job Responsibilities: • Engagement beginning from referring location with involvement in transition planning, including a needs assessment of community transition supports essential to stabilizing the participant;, • Individual sessions with participants emphasizing prevention and preparing for independent community living and the promotion of optimum mental and emotional health. Position Overview: HEAF is seeking compassionate, energetic, and organized SEL & Wellness Coaches to support social-emotional learning (SEL), wellness programming, and student, family, and community engagement initiatives within the Community Wellness Department. This hands-on, relationship-centered role helps students and families feel connected, empowered, and emotionally supported while guiding students to build resilience, recognize their strengths, and thrive. SEL & Wellness Coaches will facilitate afterschool SEL & Wellness classes through HEAF Achieve, support school-day SEL, wellness, and academic workshops through HEAF Inspire, and contribute to the Youth Leadership & Ambassador Program. Coaches will conduct student academic and wellness check-ins and supportive counseling sessions, assist with family and community event planning, and provide support with program planning, documentation, and administrative tasks.
