Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Ezee Fiber in the marketplace., • Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs to sell Ezee Fiber High-Speed Internet door-to-door., • Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads., • Meet and exceed monthly high speed internet sales and revenue quotas through using consultative sales process., • Deliver sales presentations on products and services that meet the customer’s needs., • Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Ezee Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory., • Participates in all sales meetings and training programs, as assigned., • Participate in activities and events that promote Ezee Fiber products and services, as necessary., • Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field., • Must have reliable transportation to the field and a safe driving record., • Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently., • Organized and Efficient: Must be highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders., • Adaptable and Resilient: Must be able to adapt to a changing environment., • Multitasker: Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively., • Telecommunication / General sales experience, • Outdoor Enthusiast: The position requires approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment., • All-Weather Warrior: Ability to work in all seasons and inclement weather., • Active and Energetic: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour work shift; may require walking several miles each day., • Pay $40,000 - $106,000 / Year, • Uncapped Commission!, • 2 Available Shifts: (Monday – Friday and Tuesday – Saturday), • Paid training, • Monthly car allowance, • Monthly cell phone allowance, • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance At Ezee Fiber, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where innovation thrives.
