Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE: Deliver the Pollys Family Brand Fresh, Friendly, Above & Beyond Expectations by adding Extraordinary Value, FIRST to our TEAM, and then to our Guests Daily, and Commit to Being the BEST. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference., • Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks., • Protects the Brand by demonstrating menu expertise, identify menu items in Aloha Point of Sale System, and able to identify menu items and ingredients for the guest., • Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance., • Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness., • Consistently exceed Pollys standards and maintain mystery shopper scores of 90 and above., • Follow proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the Cash Handling Policy., • Must D.W.I.T. (Do Whatever It Takes) to enhance the guest experience, Make The Connection and always maintain a high Blowtorch level., • Maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices., • Promote Pollys culture, standards, and Core Values., • Must always be Accountable and/or responsible for your duties., • Restocks and clean service area, • Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning work areas, etc., • Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene., • Able to work efficiently and respectfully with fellow Team Members and Managers., • Able to work flexible schedule; days, nights, weekends and holidays.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:, • Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a guest priority culture, • Effective communication, good organization skills, • Accuracy and honesty of handling revenues and aspects of the revenue control system, • One (1) to two (2) years with Pollys experience and/or training preferred, • Ability to act on and solve minor problems as they arise, • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, • Valid Food Handlers Card (if required by county)

We have the following position at our Fontana Hauling division: Route Supervisor Coordinates and directs the activities of drivers, floaters, and lead men. Responsible for the efficient operation of designated routes and for the safety and performance of operations personnel. Will monitor workflow to ensure assigned tasks are completed. SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $98,000/year ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list; additional tasks may be assigned, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands • Facilitate efforts of subordinates and provides direction by assigning duties and ensuring that drivers commence their routes in a timely manner and complete their VCR’s on a regular basis., • Assess daily manpower and distributes work accordingly., • Ensure efficient route management by monitoring daily routes, weight slips and route sheets., • Make recommendations to improve route efficiency., • Maintain daily route knowledge and conducts field audits., • Investigate and resolves customer complaints when necessary., • Process employee requests including vacation, PTO’s etc. and assists with the scheduling of time off., • Responsible for accurate bin/barrel deliveries and exchanges., • Coach and develop employees by continuously communicating with team members and providing guidance for improvement and recognition of efforts., • Handle and resolve employee relations issues and incorporates consistent and timely disciplinary standards., • Follow and administer company safety programs by conducting monthly safety meetings, facility inspections and ensuring compliance to all OSHA and DOT regulations., • Investigate and complete reports for work related injuries and or vehicle accidents/incidents and submits paperwork to appropriate insurance carriers in a timely manner., • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and organizational skills and ability to maintain and promote a team work environment., • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coach and develop subordinates., • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, and ability to effectively interface with general public., • Ability to distinguish trends and recognize problems and implement plan of action., • Valid California Driver's License and have a clean driving record, required, • A valid Class “A” or “B” California Commercial Drivers license, • Previous experience managing drivers is preferred., • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supervisor, required, • Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE: Pollys bussers assist in guest services by maintaining the Pollys standard of Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the dining area. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate., • Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths., • Keep floors and carpets free of debris., • Empty trash bin in the bus station., • Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked., • Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages., • Pre-buss tables when appropriate., • Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills., • Keep the lobby and restrooms clean., • Effective communication, good organization skills, • Sanitation and safety oriented, • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, • Time management, • Cooperative and team oriented, • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
