Job Description This hybrid role combines relationship management, event coordination, and strategic partnership development to create immersive experiences that benefit our residents, their families, prospective residents, professional partners and also, strengthen our brand presence, and generate qualified referrals across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development & Management • Identify, vet, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations including:, • Educational institutions (schools, drama centers, art schools, dance studios), • Cultural organizations (pottery centers, music academies, museums), • Civic entities (chambers of commerce, municipal offices, local government), • Community groups and nonprofit organizations, • Religious organizations in the local community such as temples and churches, • Map organizational influence and identify key decision-makers at partner organizations, • Develop a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across all 26 communities, • Create and maintain a partnership database tracking contacts, engagement history, and opportunities, • Serve as one of the primary liaison between our communities and external partners to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term collaborations., • Regularly engage with town officials, local business owners, and cultural leaders to strengthen our brand presence and goodwill., • Ensure engagement of current stakeholder groups within our organization (via mentorship at the community level) that require engagement such as family members i.e adult children, adult grandchildren, and youthful great grandchildren in a way that will contribute to resident retention, and elongated length of stay. Event Strategy & Execution • Work with Communities (including Lifestyle Directors, EDs and DCRs) to Design and implement a calendar of signature events for each community, including:, • Intergenerational programming with schools and youth organizations, • Cultural showcases and performances, • Community open houses and chamber of commerce networking events, • Town street fairs and civic celebrations, • Seasonal signature events that drive community awareness, • Collaborate with Lifestyle teams to ensure events align with resident interests and programming goals, • Partner with Business Development teams to maximize lead generation and referral opportunities from events, • Ensure that all events across all communities align with brand standards, quality, company mission, and community engagement goals., • Mentor Lifestyle Directors, EDs, and Lifestyle coordinator how to execute events independently., • Work with VP of Strategy, Regional Director of Hospitality, Food Service Directors, as well as EDs in the communities to ensure hospitality is at the forefront of each event executed. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as the primary liaison between Business Development and Lifestyle departments, • Translate partnership opportunities into resident engagement and occupancy growth, • Provide Business Development teams with event-based prospecting opportunities, • Support Lifestyle teams with external partnership resources and programming enhancement, • Monitor, Track and Report on KPIs including:, • Move ins attributed to events, • Referral generation, • Partnership engagement including:, • Number of strategic partnerships formed and maintained, • Number of partnership-driven events executed, • Partnership satisfaction rating, • Number of external meetings and follow-ups held, • Event attendance and engagement, • Event Press, • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and media coverage that elevate the company’s presence in each market., • Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership portfolio and community impact, • Continuously optimize event strategy based on performance data and community feedback

Job Description Core Responsibilities: • Follow all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Gaming Operating Procedures., • Operate cash counting machines., • Comply with count room security and surveillance protocols., • Perform manual cash counts and prepare cash for transfer to main banker., • Train current and new associates on proper procedures and regulations., • Maintain a safe, clean work environment., • Treat each guest/associate in a professional manner., • Lead by example in guest service and interaction with associates., • Use active listening skills to control difficult situations and maintain goodwill., • Must role model company guest service program, • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required., • Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License., • Cash handling experience required., • Experience handling large cash transactions preferred., • Requires frequent lifting, bending, and pushing., • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently., • Must be able to move full drop carts weighing 200+ pounds., • Must be able to stand for entire shift., • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Job Description Core Responsibilities: • Assist in the supervision of all security personnel, both uniform and plain clothes operations., • Assist in creation of department policies and procedures., • Assist in conducting internal investigations, • Ensures their shift has appropriate staff levels, coaching and corrective action plans are followed., • Responsible for compliance with the New York State Security Guard Act in reference to hiring and mandatory training of all security personnel., • Maintain knowledge of the union contract as it pertains to the positions in the Security Department., • Maintain a safe work and customer environment., • Supervise, manage, and direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of staff., • Have necessary skills to deal with guest complaints and help defuse difficult, and sometimes emotionally charged, situations, using active listening skills and maintain customer goodwill and respect., • Role model company guest service program., • Understand the goals and vision of the organization., • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Have NYS Security guard license or equivalent, • High school diploma or GED required, preferred minimum two years related experience or law enforcement experience., • Two years’ supervisory experience., • Must have ability to obtain a New York State Key Lottery, • Intermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity and e-mail. We are presently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Bunker Valley community located in Bohemia, NY who will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week. As a successful Maintenance Technician, you will: • Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition., • Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently., • Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors and other employees in a spirit of courtesy, cooperation and attentiveness., • Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval., • Ensure community grounds are appropriately manicured. Regularly treat for weeds, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spread mulch/woodchips/stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cut down and remove tree limbs as needed, and perform other lawn care services as necessary., • Remove and dispose of garbage on community grounds, including common areas, main entrance, and from residents’ sites as needed to maintain community appearance., • Perform snow removal using a snow blower, hand shovel, or a plow truck, as applicable., • Advise the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large/bulk items that may require pickup arrangements., • Perform regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies to advise Community Manager of equipment and supply needs., • Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas., • Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment to keep it clean and cared for., • Comply with national, state and local health and safety laws to reduce accident occurrences and to protect residents, the company, team members and vendors., • Perform seasonal pre-maintenance service on a timely basis., • Remain available for “on call” duties as needed., • Participate in the refurbishing of Community Owned homes., • Perform repairs and maintain the community water and sewer lines., • A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred., • High School Diploma or GED preferred., • Excellent customer service skills., • Valid operator’s license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company’s policy at all times., • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry., • May need to provide own tools., • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces., • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment., • Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds., • Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision., • Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds. Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$23.00.
