Job Summary The Director of Outreach and Partner Success is an externally facing leader responsible for growth execution and oversight of business relationships with referral partners, community stakeholders, colleges, and universities. This role is focused on establishing new relationships, strengthening current relationships, and ultimately growing Rivia Mind's patient population through referrals and targeted market expansion. Compensation & Employment Details Base Salary: Between $115,000 - $125,000 with a 15% bonus potential Work Schedule: Flexible hours (e.g., 8–4, 9–5, 10–6) Monday to Friday. Travel: More in the beginning, and then tapers to 1–2 local day trips per month and one overnight trip per quarter. Reimbursed in compliance with our Travel & Reimbursement Policy.
