Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Orlando, FL for a Project Schedule Analyst who will develop and monitor execution schedules in support of both proposals and programs of record in accordance with (IAW) Kratos’ business process and customer requirements (Government & Commercial). Participate in proposal preparation planning including acquisition phasing, baseline pricing documents and preparation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules for solicitation response. Work with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and program managers to establish an integrated master schedule, manage schedule status, manage performance measurement baselines (PMBs), perform critical path analysis and slack management, perform schedule analysis (e.g. DCMA 14-point assessment), and communicate to management and customer. • Familiarity with design and development/manufacturing of systems complying with DoD contracts, specifications, standards, • Ability to organize project activities into a logical progression of events leading to successful completion of all program requirements, • Ability to align tasks with true successor and predecessors requirements that identify the realistic critical path of a project., • Experience using Earned Value Management in order to develop compliant schedules that form the basis for accurate metrics, analysis, and corrective action plans., • Ability to understand and develop schedules implementing program requirements necessary to meet life cycle phase entry and exit criteria, appropriate Earned Value Techniques are applied, and regular status activities are performed., • Ability to understand Work Breakdown Structure task approach and organize schedules to provide a mechanism for capturing WBS element resources, • Ability to analyze existing project schedules and provide guidance and direction for organizing projects to present critical path and workaround options for meeting program requirements, • Ability to implement an MS Project Server environment and provide a company master schedule for all active projects, • Ability to put together training curriculum for MS Project (taught to management team with varying degrees of proficiency with MS Project), • Ability to develop written processes and procedures on the management team’s use of MS Project to further institutionalize standard operating procedures, • Experience with the establishment of CMMI and ISO 9001 processes within a company, • Validating the accuracy of the schedules in predicting or projecting ahead the accomplishment of key milestones that indicate a project is on schedule., • Works closely with program mangers in revising and assisting them in correctly updating schedules to accurately reprogram work and identifying resources required to complete their projects., • BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or technical degree related to manufacturing or engineering., • MS in Management Science or an Advanced engineering or Technical degree not required but is a definite plus, • Demonstrated ability to teach and instruct other mangers in use of MS Project. This role involves managing all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, operations, communications, and associated oversight, for assigned SCI and SAP facilities. The Journeyman Security Specialist ensures compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Duties & Responsibilities • The Journeyman Security Specialist will support daily operations in coordination with the Special Security Representative (SSR) or Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) to implement enhanced security policies and procedures., • Perform visitor control duties, including greeting, documenting, and monitoring access for personnel, visitors, contractors, inspectors, and tour groups. Validate security clearances using DISS or other security databases, maintain visitor logs, and process visit request documentation packages., • The Journeyman Security Specialist will conduct visitor escort duties for assigned facilities and events, and support the training of additional escorts as required., • Support document control and configuration management, including data entry and maintenance of security databases., • Assist with Personnel Access Requests / Access nomination processing., • Support the classification, handling, transport, and destruction of classified or sensitive information., • The Journeyman Security Specialist will support creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Facility Check-In/Check-Out procedures, Fixed Facility Checklists, Security Education and Training materials, OPSEC Plans, Security Classification Guides, and other security documentation., • Support classified meeting preparation, including facility readiness, attendee clearance validation, and presentation material classification review., • Maintain program access lists and security documentation., • Support self-inspections, including checklist preparation and compliance assessments., • The Journeyman Security Specialist will assist with media control and inventory functions, as well as COMSEC processing, inventory, and control., • Perform physical security inspections and support indoctrination and debriefings., • Track and monitor foreign travel for personnel., • The Journeyman Security Specialist will support facility security management duties, including key/control management, facility security inspections, alarm response, and maintaining IDS and other facility security systems., • Support preparation and submission of all required TEMPEST documentation., • The Journeyman Security Specialist will maintain DISS accounts to perform all personnel security functions., • Knowledge of SCI and SAP security policies and procedures, including personnel security, physical security, operations security (OPSEC), and communications security (COMSEC) requirements., • Knowledge of SCIF and SAPF security operations, including access control, visitor control procedures, and safeguarding of classified information., • Skill in processing personnel security actions, including visit requests, personnel access requests, clearance verification, and maintenance of security records using systems such as DISS., • Skill in maintaining security documentation and records, including visitor logs, program access lists, and classified material accountability in accordance with applicable security policies., • Ability to conduct security self-inspections and physical security checks, identify potential vulnerabilities, and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with government security standards., • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility and be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation/Vetting., • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting SCIF or SAPF security programs, including the ability to independently conduct security administration, self-inspections, and government accreditation inspections without guidance or training., • For candidates supporting dual facilities (SCIF and SAPF), a minimum of five years of experience in one facility type and significant experience in the other is required., • High School Diploma or GED required.
