Documentation & Order Follow-Up * Follow up on labs, referrals, and imaging orders promptly, ensuring inbox time is maintained under 14 days. 5. Rooming Efficiency * Room ≥95% or higher of patients within 5 minutes of check-in. * Collect and document vitals, review and update medications/medical history, and enter the chief complaint before the provider enters. 6. Performance Tracking & Collaboration * Complete daily scorecard metrics (5–15 minutes per day). * Participate in weekly leadership check-ins to discuss workflow improvements. 7. Patient Experience & Satisfaction * Contribute to a professional and friendly environment with a patient satisfaction rate of ≥90% or higher in communication and professionalism. 8.
