Everyone welcome to apply. • Booking Management: Process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and booking channels efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest details., • Inquiries & Support: Answer guest questions regarding room rates, hotel amenities, special promotions, and local attractions., • Modifications & Cancellations: Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction., • System Usage: Maintain and update guest profiles, stay details, and room inventory within the Property Management System (PMS)., • Upselling & Revenue: Identify opportunities to upsell higher room categories and packages to maximize room revenue., • Conflict Resolution: Address booking discrepancies, handle complaints, and resolve issues related to reservations., • Coordination: Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure accurate arrival information
