Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. - Medication Dispensing: Assist pharmacists in accurately filling prescriptions, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and medication guidelines. - Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing information about medications, health products, and services. - Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels of medications and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and organizing products to ensure a well-stocked pharmacy. - Record Keeping: Accurately maintain patient records - Health Screenings: Assist with basic health screenings and wellness programs, providing education on medication adherence and health management. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred. - Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting; prior leadership experience is a plus.
-Micromerchant experience is strongly recommended - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Compassionate, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude. - Language Requirement: Proficiency in Albanian or Spanish (or both) is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
