The Director of Quality Initiatives will function as a part of the medicine service and support initiatives to improve care across the service. MAIN FUNCTION: The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the Agency in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern home care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the patients at all times.
