After orientation, training, and equipment assignment is complete, project field assignment set-up sheets are emailed out to asbestos field staff based upon their availability (days/nights/weekends)., 2. For larger projects greater than 5 shifts, a Project Manager will also coordinate an on-site kick-off meeting to discuss job-specific requirements.
