This position functions at an operations-management level and is designed for someone who can step in, organize, stabilize, and support multiple moving parts across the organization. This role is strictly PRN and will be activated based on organizational needs such as onboarding waves, compliance initiatives, growth periods, workflow development, and internal restructuring. We are seeking someone with strong prior experience who can operate independently, take initiative, and help maintain operational continuity. Position Summary The Staff Operations & Workforce Support Coordinator will support internal operations across staffing, compliance, recruitment, communications, workflow development, and organizational structure. The role will work closely with leadership to help maintain consistency, strengthen systems, support workforce development, and ensure operational standards are being followed. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience in operations, compliance, healthcare administration, workforce coordination, marketing oversight, or similar leadership-support roles. Core Responsibilities Workforce & Operations Support Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure required steps are completed and tracked Monitor staff progression timelines (including BT-to-RBT certification tracking) Assist with training support and orientation coordination for new team members Help maintain internal workforce tracking systems and documentation Support leadership with workflow creation, refinement, and implementation Assist in developing and maintaining company policies and operational procedures Recruitment & Growth Support Support recruitment efforts for both staff and potential clients Assist in maintaining visibility into staffing needs and hiring progress Help coordinate outreach and engagement initiatives Marketing & Communications Oversight Help manage company social media presence and engagement Support online advertising efforts, including social media campaigns and Google Ads Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement data to support marketing direction Assist in promoting new services, programs, and company initiatives Work closely with leadership to stay informed on company developments to ensure consistent messaging Compliance & Documentation Oversight Support oversight of internal compliance processes and standards Assist in maintaining documentation related to credentials, certifications, and regulatory requirements Help track compliance timelines and identify potential risks Support documentation organization for audits and reviews Work closely with leadership to ensure staff are informed of policies and expectations Reporting & Administrative Coordination Create and maintain operational reports and tracking tools Assist with presentations and summaries for leadership review Monitor internal trends and flag areas needing follow-up Maintain organized documentation related to workforce, compliance, and operational processes Qualifications (Experience Required) Demonstrated experience in operations coordination, healthcare administration, compliance, marketing support, or workforce management Prior experience in a leadership-support, coordinator, or operations-style role strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision High attention to detail and strong follow-through Preferred Experience Experience in ABA, healthcare, or human services organizations Experience supporting compliance tracking and regulatory processes Experience managing or supporting social media platforms and digital marketing Experience with recruitment coordination or workforce development Familiarity with Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, and content creation tools Work Structure PRN position with flexible, as-needed hours Primarily remote Workload may increase during hiring periods, growth phases, or compliance initiatives Ideal for experienced professionals seeking flexible supplemental work Why Join MAiken Bright Futures Opportunity to support a growing organization at an operational level Flexible PRN structure Direct collaboration with leadership Meaningful role supporting both staff and families across South Carolina Ability to help shape internal systems, workflows, and organizational structure Application Instructions Please submit: Resume highlighting relevant operations, compliance, marketing, or coordination experience Summary of prior leadership-support or operational experience Availability for PRN support Experience in healthcare, ABA, or human services settings (if applicable)
