Job Description 1. Marketing & Communications Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote NHSQ’s programs and events across digital and print platforms. Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, press releases, flyers, and community bulletins. Capture client and partner stories, photos, and testimonials for marketing and reporting purposes. Maintain NHSQ’s digital presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Coordinate design, printing, and distribution of promotional materials in collaboration with staff and vendors. Draft and circulate press releases and media advisories for events and initiatives. 2. Outreach & Community Engagement Represent NHSQ at tabling events, resource fairs, and community meetings to raise awareness of available services. Build and maintain relationships with local partners, community-based organizations, and elected officials’ offices. Coordinate logistics for outreach events, including scheduling, registration, photography, and attendance tracking. Collect and upload outreach data, attendance sheets, and participant notes into NHSQ’s CMS systems (RX Office, QuickBase, or other funder-required systems). Conduct follow-ups with participants to assess impact and maintain ongoing engagement. 3. Program Coordination & Data Management Support program outreach for Workforce Development, Digital Literacy, Homeownership, Financial Empowerment initiatives and all NHSQ programs. Track and report program metrics, ensuring compliance with funder requirements. Manage digital equipment and materials needed for training and outreach activities. Maintain accurate participant and event records, including demographics, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare reports and summaries for internal meetings and funder submissions. 4. Internal Coordination Provide weekly updates to the Senior Program Director on outreach progress, event schedules, and challenges. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and development sessions as required. Collaborate closely with other departments to align messaging, share success stories, and coordinate outreach efforts.
