Job DescriptionJob Title: Industrial HVAC Technician Location: Taylor, Texas Position Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with hands-on experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems in industrial or commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, dampers, valves, air movement, and exhaust systems. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety., • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pumps, filters, compressed air systems, air handling units, and related components., • Execute preventive maintenance tasks including system shutdowns, LOTO procedures, commissioning, and inspections., • Conduct repairs and inspections in various environments, including rooftops, stairways, and outdoor areas., • Safely work at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment (lanyards, harnesses, tie-offs)., • Communicate effectively with team members via two-way radio and mobile devices., • Proven experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems., • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities., • Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills., • Familiarity with fall protection and confined space procedures., • Refrigeration license or certification., • Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments., • Large warehouse setting with provided in-warehouse transportation., • Physically active role requiring extended periods on foot.
