We’re in this together, and we’ll be there to support each step of the way. As part of their growth, Wondercide is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join the Wondercide Pack. The Role We are seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager with strong mechanical and production maintenance expertise to lead facility-wide maintenance and ensure optimal uptime on our production and packaging equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, vendor management, equipment reliability, and supporting new equipment evaluation and implementation as our operations continue to grow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is proactive in problem-solving, and takes ownership of keeping people, equipment, and the facility running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities Equipment & Facility Maintenance • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and facility equipment to minimize downtime., • Perform and oversee equipment changeovers, rebuilds, and overhauls., • Install, maintain, and optimize new and existing machinery to meet performance and safety standards., • Develop, implement, and track preventive maintenance programs., • Maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and safety systems., • Ensure safe and proper use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Leadership & Collaboration • Serve as a working manager and lead maintenance technician(s)., • Coordinate and oversee work performed by contractors, vendors, and building/property partners., • Maintain accurate documentation: equipment logs, PM schedules, repair records, and SOPs., • Collaborate with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to evaluate and upgrade equipment and processes., • Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, and internal quality standards., • Prioritize and resolve maintenance needs with a sense of urgency and clear communication. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment., • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills., • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and facility infrastructure., • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals., • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout and industrial safety protocols., • Demonstrated ability to work with tools, replacement parts, and fabrication as needed. Preferred Experience • Experience in CPG, food/beverage, brewing, bottling, or other filling/labeling production environments., • Experience with flow wrappers, liquid filling systems, conveyors, or packaging lines., • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
