We are actively integrating AI tools and automation systems into our operations, and this role will play a key part in driving that forward. ⚠️ Work Environment (Important) This is a 100% in-person role based in Northeast Philadelphia, near Roosevelt Boulevard. This role requires close collaboration with the operations and fulfillment team and cannot be performed remotely. 🎯 Role Overview We’re hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager to own and optimize daily operations across all channels. This is not a corporate manager role — you will be directly involved in execution, systems, and problem-solving. You will work closely with leadership to: • Improve operational efficiency, • Reduce costs, • Build scalable systems, • Leverage AI and automation to replace manual work🔧 What You’ll Do📦 Fulfillment & Order Operations, • Manage daily order flow across Amazon, BigCommerce, and other channels, • Own and optimize workflows in ShipStation, • Ensure fast, accurate order processing and shipping, • Build and improve SOPs📊 Inventory & Supply Chain, • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts, • Coordinate replenishment with suppliers (including overseas vendors), • Improve inventory accuracy and reporting, • Optimize case pack logic, bundling, and warehouse flow🛒 Marketplace & Store Management, • Maintain product listings across Amazon and DTC, • Resolve listing issues, suppressed SKUs, and catalog errors, • Support pricing updates and promotions, • Ensure consistency across channels⚙️ Systems, Automation & AI, • Improve workflows using tools like:, • ShipStation, • BigCommerce, • Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, • Identify and implement automation opportunities, • Actively utilize AI tools (including OpenClaw or similar systems) to:, • Reduce manual tasks, • Improve decision-making, • Streamline operations📈 Performance & Cost Optimization, • Track and improve:, • Shipping costs, • Order accuracy, • Processing times, • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions, • Focus on profitability and scalable growth👥 Team Coordination, • Work directly with warehouse and fulfillment staff, • Help manage a small ops team (1–3 people), • Ensure accountability and execution✅ What We’re Looking ForMust-Have, • 2–6+ years of ecommerce operations experience, • Strong hands-on experience with:, • ShipStation (or similar OMS), • Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, • Ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.), • Experience managing fulfillment, inventory, and order workflows, • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment⭐ Nice-to-Have, • Experience with automation tools or APIs, • Experience reducing shipping or operational costs, • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation, • Multi-channel ecommerce experience, • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) — helpful for supplier communication💰 Compensation & Benefits💵 Compensation, • $25 – $30 per hour, based on experience and execution ability, • Opportunity for performance-based increases and bonuses🏥 Benefits, • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), • Paid Time Off (PTO) + Holidays, • 529 College Savings Plan option, • Retirement support (if applicable), • Employee discounts on company products⚡ Additional Perks, • Work directly with leadership in a high-impact role, • Opportunity to implement AI and automation in real business operations, • Build systems and processes from the ground up, • Performance-driven environment with growth potential📊 What Success Looks Like, • Orders shipped accurately and on time, • Lower shipping and operational costs, • Fewer errors and customer issues, • Scalable systems that reduce manual work, • Smooth day-to-day operations without constant oversight⚠️ Who This Role Is NOT For, • Candidates looking for remote or hybrid work, • People who only want to manage but not execute, • Your ecommerce operations experience, • Tools you’ve used (ShipStation, Amazon, etc.)
