Job DescriptionRowan is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager of Inventory Control and LogisticsOperations to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain,this role will oversee inventory control for Rowan’s studios and 3 PL playing a critical role insupporting the brand's financial plans by maximizing inventory profitability across products whilemitigating risk. This position is essential to driving inventory accuracy, efficiencies and operational excellence across Rowan's Studio locations, and 3PL partnerships. The ideal candidate brings anentrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in afast-paced, growing environment.What you'll do: • Inventory Oversight:, • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of inventory across Studio locations and Distribution Centers., • Oversee all inventory movements including purchase orders, receipts, transfers, adjustments, and system corrections., • Cycle Counts & Product Inventory Accuracy:, • Partner with IT, Studio Operations, Finance, Retail Teams, and 3PL to ensure accurate records and timely resolution of discrepancies., • Own and maintain the inventory cycle count calendar in partnership with the Finance team and Studio operations., • Build, Maintain and Provide the information and tools needed for studios to prepare for inventory counts., • Build, maintain and provide the information and necessary tools needed to execute inventory counts., • Monitor, reconcile, and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory counts at Studio location and 3PL facility., • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records., • Report out inventory count findings for both studios and 3PL inclusive of next steps., • Implement recommendations for preventive actions to improve long-term accuracy., • Damage & Transfer Reconciliation:, • Oversee and execute the process for vendor quality control in studios and any return to vendor and transfers needed inclusive of pull backs to the 3 PL and RTV process., • Oversee the management of any damages created as a result of nurse procedures and partner with the appropriate field teams to provide needed information for retraining., • Oversee the management, reconciliation and reporting of damaged goods and inventory transfers to the Finance, Studio operations, CSCO and CRO, ensuring proper documentation, accountability, and system accuracy., • 3PL Logistics Operations:, • Conduct regular site visits to 3PL facility located in Secaucus NJ, minimum 1 day a month to assess operational performance, compliance, and service levels as it relates to inventory management including but not limited to inbound, outbound, returns and damages accuracy of counting and put away as well as pick, pack and ship., • Perform inbound quality control (QC) audits to verify product quality, accuracy, and compliance with Rowan standards., • Manage the tracking of drop ship allocations to studios from Vendors as well as allocations from the warehouse to studios to ensure product was delivered., • Manage and reconcile damaged goods with 3PL partners, ensuring proper documentation, root cause analysis, and process improvements., • Analyze ecommerce return trends and work with 3PL to optimize return processing, reduce return rates, and improve customer experience., • Run weekly 3 PL reports to reconcile inventory accuracy between enterprise system (Netsuite) and 3 PL WMS., • Leadership:, • Lead, inspire, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus., • Process Improvement & Systems:, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control, logistics operations, operational inventory processes and system efficiencies., • Research and implement solutions to improve inventory management systems and workflows at both corporate and studio levels., • Data Analysis & Reporting:, • Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory and logistics performance reports, highlighting risks and opportunities., • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to inventory management, shrink, obsolescence, and availability., • Cross-Functional Collaboration:, • Work closely with Studio Operations, Finance, IT, HQ teams, 3PL partners, and Studio Teams to ensure seamless inventory execution., • Maintain open communication with studio teams and 3PL partners, providing guidance and support on inventory challenges and best practices.What you bring to the table:, • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience., • Experience: 5+ Years proven experience in inventory control, logistics operations and Supply Chain., • Leadership: Strong people leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to motivate, and work across teams independently., • Analytical Strength: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort working with inventory and logistics metrics., • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, innovative, and communication skills., • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines., • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems Netsuite and Shopify a plus., • Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills., • Industry Experience: Jewelry or related industry experience is a
