Performance & Accountability (This is what “great” looks like) • Keeps the crew moving: minimal idle time caused by missing tools/materials., • Controls the work zone: clear communication, clean paths, correct barricades., • Sees problems early (access issues, congestion, missing parts) and escalates fast., • Reliable attendance, on-time, ready to work—every day. Required Qualifications • OSHA 10 minimum (or obtain quickly per Omega policy)., • Ability to follow directions, communicate clearly, and stay alert., • Able to operate scissor lifts (or obtain certification); comfortable working around lifts/equipment., • Physically able to stand/walk long periods, lift/carry materials, and work indoors/outdoors at industrial sites., • Willing to supply basic hand tools appropriate to level (as required). Work Environment • Industrial/commercial sites, fast schedules, heights/lifts, PPE, and strict standards.
