Job DescriptionThis position requires the Hostess to greet guests at the door, seats and presents clean menus to guest in a friendly, professional and quick manner. It also requires the Host to interact with, entertain, and provide best in class service and hospitality to every Ojos Locos guest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Adhering to all Image & Costume guidelines, • Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups., • Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations., • Takes names on a waiting list., • Runs the floor plan board., • Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables., • Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available., • Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area., • Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant., • Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience., • Fills to-go orders, if applicable., • Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently., • Performs other duties as directed.

Job Description The Banquet Set-Up team is to guarantee guests receive excellent service by responding to their needs and having them seated at a clean and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible. They are responsible to ensure that the dining room and work areas are clean at all times. Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour Job Duties: • Work closely with servers and host/hostess to ensure tables are ready in response to their instructions., • Clean tables, chairs, and booster chairs promptly after guests leave., • Respond quickly to guest requests or notify servers responsible of any guest questions or complaints., • Complete all involvement with guest service sequence, i.e. bread service, water service., • Ensure total guest satisfaction., • Prepare and restock coffee and iced tea, • Clear away dishes and glassware and refill beverages, • Clean and sanitize throughout the shift including spot sweeping and emptying the trash., • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restroom, perimeter of building, and parking lot., • Adherence to Company and Safety Policies and Procedures., • Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in clean Company uniforms at all times., • Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes at all times while working, • Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classesEducation/ Experience, • High school or 1 year similar experience preferred.Required Skills/Abilities:, • Must clearly and effectively communicate English.Schedule Requirements:, • Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental requirementsPhysical Demands: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
