Job Description Eclipse Cafe is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused barista who can do more than make drinks. We are looking for someone who can create an experience, build relationships with customers, confidently recommend products, and help drive sales every shift. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys talking to people, and wants to be part of a growing cafe brand with coffee, matcha, refreshers, food, functional mushroom enhancers, and a strong community feel. What You’ll Do As a barista at Eclipse Cafe, you will be responsible for creating excellent drinks, delivering standout customer service, and helping every guest discover something they love. Your responsibilities will include: • Greet every customer with warmth, confidence, and positive energy, • Take orders accurately and guide customers through the menu, • Recommend drinks, food items, combos, and functional mushroom enhancers, • Upsell in a natural, helpful way without being pushy, • Make espresso drinks, matcha, refreshers, frappes, cold brew, and other cafe beverages, • Prepare and serve food items according to Eclipse Cafe standards, • Maintain a clean, organized, and fast-moving workspace, • Support drive-thru and dine-in guests with speed and accuracy, • Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly, • Create a welcoming environment that makes guests want to come back We are looking for someone who is not just “nice,” but genuinely engaging, aware, and sales-minded.
