Job Description Position Description: The Medical Assistant/Driver will work as part of a multi-disciplinary street medicine team to provide transitional primary care to the unsheltered homeless individuals living within Los Angeles County. The Medical Assistant/Driver will be responsible for assisting medical professionals in delivering comprehensive healthcare services, coordinating mobile unit operations, providing non-emergent transportation services, and ensuring the provision of quality care to underserved populations. The Supplemental Instruction Leader II will assist students with regularly scheduled, out-of-class review sessions for all students enrolled in a targeted course. SI will provide informal seminars in which students review notes, discuss readings, develop organizational tools, and prepare for examinations. Students learn how to integrate course content with reasoning and study skills.
