Qualifications: • Proficiency with estimating software, such as Accubid, and experience with online bid portals required., • Relevant certifications (e.g., CQE) are a plus., • Proven experience in estimating, particularly for HVAC components of projects., • Understanding of the schematic wiring diagram., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and negotiate costs effectively., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders., • Ability to review and understand complex plans and specifications for projects including integrators, schematics, and documents., • Understand the BMS equipment's nomenclature and installation details., • Detail-oriented with the capability to substantiate and justify all aspects of final estimates. Job Description We are looking for a commercial HVAC service estimator with minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience to join our service team. This is a commercial service estimator position; applicants with residential service experience or those seeking a sales\account manager position are not encouraged to apply. Successful applicants must have prior field experience with commercial HVAC services.
