Job Description Aesthetic Digital Solutions is a premium digital dental laboratory specializing in high-end implant, cosmetic, and full-arch restorations. We work with dentists who value precision, communication, and predictable results. We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to help us grow relationships with dentists, expand our brand presence, and bring in the right doctors—not just more volume. This role blends marketing, sales, and relationship building. If you’re organized, confident, and comfortable talking to professionals, this is a high-impact position with strong upside. Responsibilities Ideal Candidate • Identify and target dentists, specialists, and practices aligned with our lab (implants, cosmetic, full-arch), • Proactively reach out via LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person visits, • Manage and nurture leads from first contact through onboarding, • Coordinate marketing campaigns (LinkedIn outreach, email, events, referrals), • Help refine messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies, • Schedule and manage lab tours, meetings, and follow-ups, • Track leads, conversations, and results in an organized system, • Collaborate directly with ownership to improve sales and marketing strategy, • Represent the lab professionally with doctors and office managers Ideal Candidate • Strong communicator (written and verbal), • Confident speaking with professionals (dentists, specialists, practice owners), • Organized and follow-up driven, • Sales-minded but not pushy, • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM-style tracking, • Self-motivated and accountable, • Experience in B2B sales, healthcare, dental, medical, or professional services is a plus, • Experience in dental or medical sales is a big plus, but not required What We Offer • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses/commissions, • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling premium dental lab, • Direct access to ownership and decision-making, • Flexible structure (hybrid possible for the right candidate), • Long-term growth opportunity as the lab expands Why This Role Matters This is not a “post on Instagram and hope” role.
