Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience). * Minimum 4 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility FSQA role. * Strong working knowledge of USDA-regulated environments; experience with USDA programs, labeling, inspections, and daily verification. * Hands-on experience with GMP audits, SQF audits, customer audits, and other third-party certification schemes. * In-depth understanding of HACCP, preventive controls, and FSMA requirements. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a positive food safety culture.
